Brief botanical description

Bearberry isevergreen shrub, which belongs to the Heights family. The plant has a branching branch, up to 120 cm long. Its shoots are branched and dense enough, so they create a green carpet. The root system is well developed, thanks to small chain roots, the plant is securely attached to the soil surface. Throughout the shoot there are small leaves, oblong in shape. Outwardly they look like cranberry leaves, the same glossy and have a rich green color. However, they have a difference, on the reverse side of the bearberry there are no renal glands.

Blossom bush in late May. All the stems of the bearberry are strewn with small flowers, white and slightly pinkish in color. The flower is like a beautiful bell. Where does the bear's eye grow? The bush likes a cool climate, so it grows well on mountainous slopes, as well as in forests. Toloknyanka can often be found on the territory of the Northern part of Russia, in Siberia, the Far East, the countries of the Transcaucasus and the Baltic. Rules for harvesting and storage

To prepare a medicine, take a tablespoon of leaves and pour them 200 ml of boiling water. The mixture is thoroughly heated in a water bath and is kneaded for 30 minutes. Then insist for at least 2 hours and filter. If necessary, add boiled water to get the original volume. Take a decoction of 125 mg, three times a day.

Tincture for the recovery of the nervous system

Take 2 tbsp.spoons of crushed leaves, put them in a jar and pour 100 ml of vodka or alcohol. The mixture is insisted for 2 weeks, in a dark place, shaking daily. At the end of the period, the medicine is filtered and taken on 15 drops, three times a day, after a meal.
