Hemorrhagic antral gastritis

Hemorrhagic antral gastritis is manifested by the appearance of vascular changes in the submucosa antrum layer, causing hemorrhages and thrombosis of its small vessels. In the treatment of the disease, medication and diet are used. There are acute and chronic forms of the disease.

In the chronic phase, the disease manifests itself as a symptom of any type of gastritis:

  • blunt continuous pain in the epigastrium, reinforcing after eating;
  • frequent attacks of nausea and vomiting;
  • dizziness and fatigue;
  • appearance of white plaque on the tongue;
  • weakening of gustatory sensations.

The acute form of hemorrhagic antral gastritis develops rather quickly and is characterized by the presence of blood in the vomiting and in the feces. Accurate diagnosis of the disease, type and extent of mucosal damage is performed using instrumental studies.

In addition to the basic treatment it is allowed to use traditional medicine.
