Yoga with gastritis

Asanas of yoga with gastritis

Beginning with yoga in this case, follows with the adoption of the prone position. In this case, the arms should be stretched at shoulder level. Taking a pose, the palms turn upward. In the supine position, two deep breaths and exhalation are done. After the second exhalation, both legs are raised. They should form a right angle with the body. Having adopted a new yoga posture, you need to stay in it for 15 seconds. You need to breathe calmly. On exhalation the limbs turn to the right hand, but do not touch the floor. The patient must try to keep his feet on the weight of 15 seconds during this exercise. Breathe should be evenly. On exhalation, the legs return to the right angle position.

After 3 seconds, the legs turn to the left side. They also need to be held above the floor for 15 seconds. After doing it, take the starting position - lying on the floor with your limbs lifted. After taking a few breaths and exhalations, you can lower your legs to the floor.

To ensure that yoga does not cause complications with gastritis, it is recommended to perform asana 1 time. In the future, the number of approaches is increased to five times, if the gastritis is not so much worried.

The next complex of yoga exercises is done for 10 minutes to avoid exacerbation of gastritis:

  • A person suffering from gastritis lays down on his stomach. The palms are placed on the floor next to the chest. Leaning on your hands, you should raise your torso and throw your head back, as far back as possible. Then you need to return to the starting position. The task is executed 5 times.
  • The patient lies on his back to perform the next asana. Legs bend at the knees, and the feet are pressed to the floor. Hands, holding his lower leg, you need to bend your back. In order not to fall first times knees are better to breed apart. In the future, the action is carried out with legs joined together. The number of repetitions is 7 times.
