At the heart of the diet of patients lie all the same familiar to all products. However, the diet excludes the use of strong gastric pathogens, heavily digestible, rough and spicy food. The main diet consists of dishes that are liquid in consistence, which do not aggravate and do not slow down the process of digestion.
Basics of the Pevsner Diet and Daily Caloric Value
The daily caloric intake of a patient who adheres to diet number 1 is about 2800-3000 Kcal. These include:

- wheat bread( no fresh pastry is excluded);

- any non-acidic fruit and berries( can be baked).
