In addition, it is in the summer that many fruits and vegetables are sold that are difficult to pass by, but for people suffering from chronic gastritis, their consumption in large quantities leads to negative consequences. At the stage of exacerbation, it is recommended to eat more often and in small portions up to 6 times a day, in the stage of remission - you can make indulgences and reduce the number of meals up to 4-5 times.

If the patient suffers from chronic gastritis with high acidity, it is recommended to exclude products that provoke the production of gastric secretion:

  • fatty broths on meat and fish;
  • pickled, salted and pickled vegetables;
  • dishes from mushrooms;
  • coffee, tea, carbonated drinks;
  • radish, sorrel, turnip, white cabbage;
  • baking;

For chronic gastritis with reduced secrecy it is recommended to exclude:

  • spices and spices;
  • smoked and spicy products;
  • long digestible products - rice, buns, rye bread.
