Specificity of gastritis, despite the different types and types of this disease of the gastrointestinal tract, is the need to comply with dietary rules and a special diet. At the same time, these requirements should be observed not only with inflammation of the mucosa, but also as a preventive measure that excludes the disease. Smoked, boiled, liver and blood sausages occupy the fourth place after dairy products, bread and bakery products. They are used as a component in the preparation of salads, other dishes and basically as an independent product in sandwiches.
