Clofezone is an equimolecular compound of clofexamide and phenylbutazone, available in capsules and in the form of candles. The appointment for use in colitis is from 200 to 400 mg 3 times a day. It should be noted that the drug is forbidden to combine with another kind of pyrazolone derivatives.
