In case of constipation, pay attention to those products that contain fiber and dietary fibers that help intestinal peristalsis, as well as forming a fecal mass. In the diet with paraproctitis after the operation, cereals, dried fruits, beans, vegetables and fruits are included. The usual white bread is replaced with whole grains or rye breadcrumbs. The choice of products for a paraproctic diet is almost unlimited, however, it is worth giving preference to food with a low amount of fat. Along with this, it is also not recommended to use completely fat-free food. This is due to the fact that some groups of vitamins and other beneficial substances can be absorbed only in the presence of fat. The cooking method is any type, except frying in oil. Strong sharp, salty and spicy dishes should be limited, as well as strong tea or coffee. Carbonated drinks are under strict prohibition, since they can enhance gas formation.
