Pharmacokinetics
After application of the product on the skin, almost 96% of benzoyl peroxide is transformed into biochemical transformations into an intermediate metabolite - benzoic acid, which after absorption penetrates deep into the epidermis and has a therapeutic effect. Then, through the circulatory system, the metabolite enters the kidneys and is rapidly removed from the body with urine.
There is no evidence of accumulation( accumulation) of the active ingredient in the epidermis and blood flow. This means that the gel has only a local therapeutic effect( on a specific area of the skin) and does not affect the whole organism in any way, if the agent is used in therapeutic doses according to the instructions. Adult
Cleaned from dirt and grease, gently dried skin areas with painful changes are lubricated with a thin layer of gel.
The frequency of using Baziron - 1 or 2 times a day, depending on the severity of the manifestations.

Basiron AC is not used under any conditions for treatment of children under 12 years, especially - breast and newborn.
In pregnancy and lactation
No special studies have been conducted on external topical use of benzoyl peroxide in women bearing fetuses. Therefore, there is no confirmed medical information about the effects of Baziron on the embryo and fetus, the course of labor and the degree of teratogenicity( development of embryonic deformities).
To avoid unexpected reactions, the gel is not used during pregnancy.
There is no clinical experience on the isolation of benzoyl peroxide with human milk, so a sufficiently high risk for babies can not be ruled out. Side effects of
In most patients, adverse reactions from the gel, which are used according to the indications and in the recommended dosages, are either mildly expressed or absent.
