You need to be very careful with the dosage of the drug, so that there is no diarrhea or more serious consequences. With excessive use of Nurofen, in addition to diarrhea, the following symptoms may appear:

  • Acute abdominal pain;

  • Depressive state;
  • Sleepy state;
  • Noises in the ears;
  • Tachycardia;
  • Convulsions.

To avoid these symptoms, you need to rinse the stomach urgently. Flushing should be performed within 60 minutes after using the medication. Also, enterosorbent and symptomatic therapy are prescribed. If the seizures last for a long time, it is best to use Diazepam or something like that.

It is important to know that Nurofen easily cope with the temperature, but there are times when it is better to neglect the drug:

  • Allergic reaction to acetylsalicylic acid;

  • Diseases of the blood are also contraindications;
  • Diarrhea up to 10 times a day;
  • With renal failure.
